  • Interfaces directly with customers and inter departmental personnel in solving day to day problems and to collect information that aids in decision making.
  • Competent in communication software, customer database operations and corporate website(s).
  Requirements:
 
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in customer service relations.
  • Must possess effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills, and strong knowledge of computer operations and software.
  • University degree or equivalent experience in related areas.
  • Spanish language a must.
