  • Manage pre-employment process including background and reference checks and the preparation of final offers in conjunction with management. Will be responsible for the manpower & succession planning processes in the region. Will also manage relocation and all associated programs for transferring personnel as well as internal job posting & redeployment of employees.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain appropriate fee structure and monitor Recruitment and Relocation budgets for the regional office. Continuously evaluate and identify new recruitment sources to attract qualified candidates. Ensure 360 interview process is in place and works efficiently for all candidates hired. Continuously evaluate practices to ensuring adaptation to client needs and target available candidate pool. Provide leadership and support to the recruitment staff and campus recruitment efforts in the region.
  • As needed, assist with employee relation issues, terminations, etc. Provide managerial support to other areas of our team as needed and work with Employee Relations Team to transition employees to other areas of the company.
  Requirements:
  Bachelors Degree in HR Management or five years minimum experience in a HR generalist role or staffing. Basic knowledge of HR recruitment/manpower processes and knowledge of HR areas, including employment law, labor law and immigration law. Excellent customer service skills, excellent negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent people management skills required. Fully bilingual English/Spanish, Portuguese a plus. Computer literate.
