    The goal is to align global effective tax rate reduction and efficient global cash utilization with overall business strategy.
  • Multinational Group to integrate tax planning in the overall business strategy and comply with IFRS, GAAP, local and international Tax and Other Regulatory requirements.
  • In cases of a merger or acquisition, maintain compliance with multi- jurisdictional business transactions, or streamlining multi-nationals to corporate standards.
  • Concentrate on international compliance, research, consulting and planning issues.
  • Requires Tax Manager with in-depth, first-hand experience in a wide range of industries.
  • Familiar with the tax consulting process and the professionalism necessary for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of entities tax needs.
  • Develop, Direct and Perform complex tax research, formulate tax- planning strategies and perform tax reviews.
  • Advising local and foreign entities, companies in the group on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating local tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy.
  • Managing tax and related assignments by Senior Management and Our Audit Firms.
  • Extensive Technical Expertise.
  • Developed and Continue to Develop their a strong reputation within the Local and International Tax Dependencies.
  • Four or more years of corporate tax experience, preferably with several focused on international taxation.
  • Database Analysis Skills.
  • Ability to Fit-in Multinational Group of Diverse Personnel and Organization Culture.
  • Experience with large accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required.
  • Consulting and compliance experience is needed.
  • Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills required.
  • Excellent Spreadsheet Modeling Capabilities.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Masters in Taxation or Masters in Accounting or JD/LLM (with undergrad in business related field) required.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Some travel required.
