    Our client is looking for a progressive Vice President of Human Resources to partner with their ïseniorï management team on transforming the HR and business organization. Located in Tampa, this healthcare organization employs over 1600 in the Southern US.
    Successful candidates will have 10+ years of stable yet progressive HR experience leading HR for a large of mid-sized organization. The VP of HR will report into the CEO with a modest-sized HR staff managing all aspects of Human Capital for the organization. Strong overall HRG experiences including talent management, O/D, change leadership, PM, compensation and benefits, HRIS, employee relations.
  Requirements:
 
  • Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in a ïSeniorï HR role with proven leadership and experience with organizational change initiatives.
  • Exceptional business acumen and partnering skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification a plus.
  • Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
