    Direct the company's financial policies. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and directs the work of others within the organization. Reports to the CEO.
  • Development, analysis, and interpretation of accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matter related to the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.
  • Establish major economic objectives and policies for the company and prepares reports that outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyze and reports variances.
  • Evaluates and recommends insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
  • Provide information and deal with all the matters involved regarding Financial Institutions which the company has relations with.
  • Development, analysis, and interpretation of cash flows. Forecast of cash sources and needs.
  • Development, analysis, and implementation of a Finance and Operations system able to provide sound information to the management decision making process.
  • Training of users in order to get the maximum possible value out of the Finance and Operations System.
  • Evaluate the performance of personnel in the Accounting Department.
  • Have full responsibilities over the Finance Department human resources management.
  • Evaluate current software and hardware performance.
  Requirements:
 
  • Evaluate IT needs and potential solutions.
  • Lead IT improvements and implementations.
  • Ten or more years Accounting experience.
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excel and Microsoft Office Proficiency.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Have the final responsibility for providing effective financial controls for the organization.
