    This position is responsible for managing the advertising, creative development and marketing services functions at the company. The person in this position will play a critical role in shaping customer and prospect perceptions of the company and ultimately our success is achieving long term business goals. The position has lead responsibility for coordinating consistency of marketing communication across all communication channels employed by the company, including but not limited to direct marketing, web, education, events, and prospect and client communication. While this position will not directly manage these functions, some of which will report to the CMO and others of which will not, this person must create and own the creative platform and graphics standards employed throughout the company. The position is the primary contact with any ad agencies or creative and production vendors used by the company and will also supervise internal designers and copywriters.
  • Develop and implement strategic advertising plans that support achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and produce advertising that achieves strategic communication goals.
  • Develop, implement and monitor the effectiveness of media plans targeting identified target markets.
  • Coordinate development of company creative platform and graphics standards that unify all company communication. Lead process of compliance with those standards across all functions that employ them.
  • Produce collateral marketing materials and other branded communication.
  • Direct all multi-media special projects such as videos and product demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate leadership as a senior leader of the company Marketing team, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, collaboration, mutual support and cooperation within the team and with the Sales, Service and Product Management functions.
  • College degree and 10+ years experience in marketing or marketing communications role, and a track record of accomplishment in the area of advertising management described in Job Responsibilities above.
  • Experience in transactional financial services and/or advertising that drives prospects to a transaction or account opening process are desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving and interpersonal skills mandatory.
