  Our Client is seeking a human resources professional with solid organizational development exposure who will play a key role in the development of the organization for the Latin America and Caribbean region. We are looking for a self-motivated, eager to learn individual interested in getting a more hands-on approach in people and organizational development initiatives
  • Position requires a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and three to five years experience in organizational development.
  • Must have knowledge of development related resources, benchmarking and basic understanding of curriculum design.
  • Candidate must also posses strong analytical, organizational and customer service skills with excellent English/Spanish written, oral communication and presentation skills; Portuguese a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-task environment and able to demonstrated a high level of integrity and discretion.
  • Responsibilities include recommendation and implementation of approaches and resources to advance team and organizational development.
  • Will also develop team-building exercises for the organization plus the design of team and organizational high potentials and successors development programs.
