    Responsible for providing consultation and support in one or more of the following areas: Operations, Finance, and Marketing. May advise executive management regarding financial analysis, business expansion, operations analysis, change management and other areas as needed.
    All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments and governmental regulations.
  • Analyze the business processes surrounding various projects such as:
    • CAPEX
    • Developing business plans
    • Operations consulting
    • Market research and competitive landscape review
    • Business assessment
  • Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for the project.
  • Takes project from initial concept through implementation.
  • Defines project scope and objectives.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and determines project deliverables.
  • Provides analytical guidance to project team.
  • Directs the analysis and solution of problems.
  • May be an expert on specific function.
  • Acts as a strategic business advisor.
  • Assures optimal utilization of financial resources.
  • Creates a model that supports the organization's mission and values based on an internal and external needs assessment.
  • Monitors the internal/external environment and identifies opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy.
  • Serves as strategic liaison for key organizational initiatives between business units and their customers, both internal and external.
  • Assesses current models of business operations and develops appropriate new models as needed.

  Requirements:
 
  • MBA in accounting, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
  • Three to five years prior relevant job experience.
  • Strong data gathering, analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to make presentations to all levels of management.
  • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing with department heads, managers, coworkers and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions
  • Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within an automated systems as well as a variety of software packages such as Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word.
