    Responsible for analyzing and presenting estimated financial information to be used for decision-making by top management, as well as the delivery of useful and timely information to individuals with no finance background and different information needs. The ability to coordinate and get results from different departments in the organization that do not report to this position is essential.
    Provides key analysis of operational financial reporting and forecasting requirements. Provides management with financial reports, forecast trends in the business as well as financial and analytical support.
    Approves budgetary expenses and compares against the annual approved budget. Assists in creating performance measurement tools and other company metrics and strategies. Conducts and reviews detailed analysis for company metrics (e.g. costing, pricing, competitive, market share, trend, margin, yield, ratio, etc.)
    Reviews and reports in detail on actuals versus budget, YTD spending, interpretation of results and provides other extensive variance analysis.
    Ensures all schedules and deadlines are met for management and corporate reporting requirements. Assists in creating long-term financial planning analysis including scenario building, business projections, new business planning/development and financial modeling.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning and other financial areas.
  • Experience in the Latin American markets and familiar with the political and economic situation in Latin America.
  • Must speak fluent Spanish.
    Technical and/or Specialized Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Capable of organizing and directing individuals in the organization at all levels.
  • Self-driven and hands-on individual with good level of knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business. MBA Preferred.
  • Proficient PC financial modeling skills. Peoplesoft experience preferred.
