    A growing company is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its corporate headquarters. This position will support all Human Resources related activities for the company, reporting to the Director. This is a start-up operation in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
    Responsibilities include: Assists with the development, implementation and communication of HR policies, programs and procedures and ensures adherence by corporate and regional markets. Will provide interpretation of policies and procedures, and guide offices in handling sensitive issues in regard to performance management. Provides HR Generalist support in such areas as salary administration, compensation, benefits, recruitment and staffing, and other related areas.
  Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience including employment law (local, state and federal), benefits administration, staffing/recruitment and compensation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a 'take charge' person with a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion. You must be a highly motivated self- starter, who can handle multiple, changing priorities as the normal routine.
