    Responsible for commercializing the sale of a consumer goods product across all international markets outside of Latin America. Accountable for meeting established sales and gross margin targets by month and territory. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting consumer sell-through by supervising distributor-executed marketing programs.
  • Bachelor's degree is required with marketing and sales emphasis.
  • Five years of experience in the sales management within the consumer products industry (preferably involving Asia and Europe).
  • Demonstrated ability in presenting ideas effectively and communicating well with others at all levels.
  • A high-energy strategist who possess exceptional tactical competence.
  • Must be highly efficient and well organized -- a self starter determined to accomplish brand goals. Results oriented.
  • Travel - 30%.
