" Responsible for financial planning, reporting and controls for the Latin American region.
" Provide financial and analytical support to the Vice-President Latin America Region.
" Consolidation and analysis of annual operating budgets, forecasts and strategic plans.
" Ensure regional compliance with Sarbanes Oxley section 404.
" Responsible for implementation of Corporate Tax and Treasury policies.
" Develop and implement regional working capital initiatives to maximize cash flow.
" Manage both Latin American country controllers and US based staff.
" Reports to VP of International Finance.


" B.S. Degree in Accounting required; MBA and/or CPA desirable.
" Minimum seven to ten years combined financial experience, including financial analysis, budgeting and financial reporting.
" Experience with Sarbanes Oxley section 404 compliance required
" Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
" Supervisory experience required.
" Knowledge of Hyperion system desirable.
" Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives.
" Adaptable, strong team player with outstanding communication skills and ability to work with all functional areas.
" Strong leadership skills in a diverse and dynamic environment
" Bilingual: Spanish and English required. Portuguese is desirable
