    Company Type: A highly successful regional restaurant chain with over 60 company owned restaurants with an average sales volume of $2 million each. The company is one of the largest restaurant companies in the United States, operating in 16 states, employing over 16,000 people with sales of approximately $640 million.
    Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
    Responsible for the development and execution of all local marketing programs in company and franchise markets. Partner with corporate executive team on the execution of brand marketing and media plans. Supervise marketing department personnel. Coordinate with all departmental functions to insure proper communication and execution of plans. Shepard agency resources and coordinates production of POS, Print and In-store Merchandising. Communicate details of upcoming system-wide and local marketing promotion to the field. Manage and approves local market spending insuring proper coordination and budget management with accounting.
  Requirements:
 
  • Only South Florida candidates with chain restaurant marketing experience will be considered for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 9+ years related experience with minimum of 4 years in QSR category.
