  • drafting and negotiating of marketing, advertising sales and barter agreements.

  • drafting and negotiating of public relations firm agreements related to special projects or promotions and/or trade shows.
  • responsibility for legal compliance for sweepstakes and other contests.
  • agreements for website development and hosting and website content review.
  • drafting agreements and legal clearances for original programming, including event and location agreements, participant releases etc.
  • familiarity with Immigration and Naturalization laws and related compliance issues.
  • corporate formation and housekeeping, including formation and taxation of foreign entities and coordination with LAG Tax Dept. regarding potential tax implications.
  • familiarity with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and related compliance issues
  • Coordination with auditors regarding legal representations for quarterly reviews and annual attestation.
  • J.D. from a top U.S. law school
  • At least 7 years experience in the corporate legal department of a major law firm and/or in house counsel position representing entertainment or advertising clients.
