   Responsible for providing strategic direction  in support of the business strategy, goals and objectives. Ensure the maximum return on all IT related activities and spending at a tactical level.

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and secure approval for IT Strategy and oversee its execution.
  2. Lead role in SAP implementation team, responsible for country needs analysis, functionality, and the definition and implementation of solutions to enable migration of back office tasks per the project plan.
  3. Architect and engineer scaleable, reliable, cost-effective and secure computing solutions that enable processes and support productivity enhancing initiatives.
  4. Lead Project team to conduct Systems Assessments of existing network Infrastructure and recommend modifications, upgrades or improvements.
  5. Establish Corporate Standards for Desktops, Operating Systems, and Servers.
  6. Ensure the highest level of service/support to users.
  7. Manage all activities and relationships with key software and hardware vendors at a Regional level.
 Subordinates:
- IT Managers (3-5 TBC) : Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela

 Interfaces:
  1. IT Director, NA:  To consult with, identify synergies, and obtain functional direction
  2. Country Managers: To agree on IT priorities, resources, funding, and project timetables
