  • Reports to CFO Latin America
  • Coordinates human resource matters with HR managers in Caribbean, Central America, Mexico, Southern Cone and Andean Region.
  • Coordinates human resource matters with General Manager in those countries where there is no HR manager
  • Formulates, distributes and implements LA Division human resource policies
  • Administers salary and incentive compensation programs across the Division and tracks data
  • Develops and understanding of local laws and regulations; ensures compliance and develops strategies for attracting talent
  • Performs management talent inventories
  • Performs salary and benefit cost analysis
  • Assists in recruitment, job descriptions for key positions
  • Assists in management of ExPatriate programs
  • Assists in development and implementation of HR best practices
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years HR Generalist experience, the majority of which should be in international business, and minimum of four years in a managerial position or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations, cultures and people.
  • Ability to work in a "hands on" mode, with limited support
