  • Reports to Executive Vice President of Latin America
  • Responsible for all Financial & Administration activities for LATAM Division
  • Works together with Corporate Vice President Treasury to devise strategies and plans to minimize foreign exchange impact, movement of cash in and out of the division.
  • Responsible for planning and implementation of IT systems integration
  • Together with Division VP, Sales and Marketing and Executive Vice President, responsible for the development of the Division's Business Strategies, and Annual Business Plans.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for all Finance units within the division.
  • Liaison between Corporate Finance and LATAM units.
  • Reports (Dotted Line) to Corporate CFO.
  • LATAM units CFOs report (dotted line) to this position.
  • Staff of 8 direct reports.
  Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 10 -12 years of senior level financial management responsibilty.
  • CPA - MBA preferred.
  • Team player with strong people skills.
  • Experience in Hyper Inflation Economies and Latin America Finance, Treasury and Tax Environment is a must!
  • Spanish/Portuguese Language a big plus!
  • Expected travel 30% of time.
