The primary function of the Credit Manager is to monitor and control all cash applications, collections, and credit decisions. The Credit Manager will maintain a professional, customer service attitude. The AR department is a service function to support the Service Centers.


1. Prepare and present reports to upper management.
2. Coach and motivate peers and subordinates.
3. Create a positive working environment for all employees.
4. Administer and monitor positive discipline as required.
5. Create and Communicate strategies, opportunities, etc. with subordinates, colleagues, and superiors.
6. Create and ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
7. Maintain a positive, professional, service-oriented attitude.
8. Other duties as requested by Management.
9. Adhere to all corporate policies, including but not limited to Code of Conduct, Attendance, Safety, and Workmanship.



1. Bachelors Business degree required, MBA preferred.
2. Thinks / Manages well under pressure.
3. Ability to advance to the next level.
4. Computer literate in Word and Excel.
5. Broad range of business experience.
6. MS Excel experience preferred.
