    The ideal candidate will support the Director of Commercial Sales for the Latin American region and will also:
  • Formulate and implement marketing planning.
  • Manage the marketing/ merchandising budget for Latin America.
  • Profit & Loss responsibility.
  • Develop the strategy for major markets.
  • Responsible for brandÂ’s equity; launch a communications strategy to re-position the brand within the primary target market.
  • Implement regional seasonal promotions.
  • Support the launch of major lines with advertising, brochures, and catalogs.
  • Design exhibitions, coordinate logistics and implement marketing activities for annual trade shows across the region.
  • Design and launch new and innovative POP strategy by producing merchandising material.
  • Analyze end-users, market size, consumption patterns, and competitors.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing degree.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Knowledge of the Latin American marketplace.
  • Must have tool industry experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience.
