  • Manages the daily functions of the Florida Benefits organization, which includes a team of 20 associates, supporting a base of 1000 clients.
  • Ensures efficient and effective delivery of service to the client base and attainment of World Class Service.
  • Implements policies, procedures and standards for the support of ClientÂ’s Benefits products.
  • Proactively manages associates, functions and processes to continually improve service and performance.
  • Effectively manages all Open-Enrollment activities for the Florida Region ensuring client satisfaction with the process.
  • Provides continual communication and coordination of functional activities as it pertains to other departments to ensure effective client support.
  • Determines training requirements and coordinates training for regional associates including external departments on all products and program changes and provides technical support for resolution of client issues.
  • Prepares department reports/metrics and participates in the decision making within the operations organization as required.
  An undergraduate degree required.
