  • Determines the strategic direction of the client service organization, which includes Human Resources/Client Service and New Business Implementation departments.
  • Ensures efficient and effective delivery of service to the client base and attainment of a world-class service delivery.
  • Accountable for Region’s client retention.
  • Defines policies, procedures and standards for the support of client’s PEO product.
  • Proactively manages associates, functions and business processes to improve service and performance.
  • Ensures that staffing requirements, tools, training and the business environment are conducive to successfully achieving regional goals.
  • Sets department goals and provides guidance to the client service management team to successfully achieve these goals.
  • Develops strong business relationships with high profile, high revenue clients to ensure a strong, long-standing relationship with client.
  • Develops and aligns workforce strategies to address key business plans and facilitate organizational change initiatives.
  • Consults with other client’s colleagues regarding business service challenges and solutions to enhance service delivery, performance and associate development.
  Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or the equivalent in experience and education. MBA preferred.
  • SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong client relationship management experience.
  • Strong client service orientation.
  • Proven track record in organizational leadership and development.
  • Has run a sizeable organization.
  • Strong understand of PEO concept, issues and operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, processes and laws.
