    Purpose of Position: To formulate and implement sales and marketing planning, execute national brand initiatives, develop/execute local top-up programs in support of the business development plan and analyze results of various plans and strategies.
    Major Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans including activities, standards, and key KPI-based goals.
  • Develop and manage Marketing spend plans.
  • Execute national brand initiatives by actively participating in the National Marketing Team; identify and develop best practice programs.
  • Drive Divisional execution of agreed programs and standards.
  • Build 12-month Divisional Emphasis Calendar.
  • Develop and execute local brand programs to add value to the national calendar and ensure divisional goals are met.
  • Manage local sponsorships.
  • Ensure sales and customer services are fully informed of upcoming marketing activity.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing degree.
  • 2+ years of previous marketing experience preferably in consumer goods.
  • Experience in budget and expense control.
  • Excellent PC skills including Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
  • Bilingual (Eng/Span) highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel; work overtime, when necessary.
